Participants will have the opportunity to react and provide feedback on information on the four essential elements. Individuals who attend the session will have the opportunity to share strategies that they have found helpful as well as challenges they are experiencing.   This information will help inform scale-up efforts to develop the Iowa Employment Model.

Dr. Crane is a Senior Research Associate currently assigned to the Youth Transition Demonstration (YTD) Project. She has been involved in creating and expanding school-to-work systems for youth with disabilities for the past seven years. Her area of expertise includes research, outreach, and the design of activities to improve programs and services for youth with disabilities.
